Frequently Asked Questions

1. Is this course enough for EDIC Part 2 preparation?

This course is designed to cover the case-based reasoning and exam-style performance needed for EDIC Part 2, especially for CCS and CBS preparation. It is not a shortcut, and it does not replace your core ICU knowledge.

2. How long will I have access?

You will have access to the course for 6 months from the date of purchase. This duration is designed to support one focused EDIC Part 2 preparation cycle, including repeated revision of CCS cases, CBS questions, examiner commentary, and interpretation-based material.

3. Is this a notes-based course or case-based course?

This is a case-based course, not a passive notes-based course. The focus is not memorization. The focus is clinical reasoning under exam pressure.

4. Are answers explained with examiner commentary?

Yes. This is one of the main strengths of the course. Answers are followed by examiner-style commentary, which explains:

What the examiner expects
What weak answers commonly miss
How to structure a better response
How to justify your answer using clinical data
How to sound safe, systematic, and clinically mature.

5. Can I access it on mobile?

Yes. You can access the course on mobile, tablet, laptop, or desktop, depending on your login and internet access. This allows you to revise cases, review examiner commentary, and practise CBS questions whenever you have time.

6. Is this suitable if my exam is in the next 3–6 months?

Yes. This course is especially useful if your EDIC Part 2 exam is within the next 3–6 months.

7. Should I buy CCS only, CBS only, or the complete program?

Choose CCS only if your main weakness is viva-style clinical discussion, structuring answers, prioritizing management, or handling progressive ICU scenarios. Choose CBS only if your main weakness is interpretation: ABG, ECG, labs, microbiology, imaging, TEG/ROTEM, ventilator graphics, hemodynamic waveforms, ETCO₂, ICP and similar data-based questions.

For most candidates, the Complete Program is the better choice because EDIC Part 2 preparation requires both: the ability to think and speak clearly in CCS, and the ability to recognize and interpret ICU data quickly in CBS.
